Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
- Proven experience in roles such as Systems Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, ERP Support, or similar positions focused on business systems.
- Hands-on experience with Building Management and Information Systems (including automation, maintenance, and asset tracking platforms) and Physical Security systems (such as access control and CCTV).
- Demonstrated ability to assess and analyse organisational processes, workflows, and ICT systems within operational or commercial settings.
- Familiarity with BMIS platforms and tools such as MYBOS, or equivalent enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of workflows related to building management and operational processes.
- Experience eliciting business requirements, analysing workflows, preparing functional documentation, and supporting system delivery, testing, and optimisation efforts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, dashboard creation, report development, and complex spreadsheet modelling.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives while driving continuous improvement outcomes.
- Capability to train and support staff in the use of new or updated systems, ensuring consistent and accurate adoption of processes.
- Skills in diagnosing and resolving issues within systems and workflows to maintain smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to capture and document business needs, while reviewing current systems and operational practices to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Propose and assist in delivering enhancements to systems, workflows, reporting capabilities, and operational procedures to increase efficiency and improve data insights.
- Produce detailed functional specifications, process maps, workflow documentation, and reporting requirements for system upgrades and improvement initiatives.
- Support the rollout, configuration, testing, and implementation of BMIS platforms, reporting solutions, and workflow automation projects.
- Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Undertake data analysis, process modelling, and development of operational reports and dashboards.
- Liaise with stakeholders and software providers during system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Create user documentation, training resources, and standard operating procedures, and deliver training sessions to support system adoption.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for operational systems, providing guidance, resolving queries, and supporting continuous improvement across business processes.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
