- Intermediate to Advanced Autodesk Revit skills – essential
- Strong electrical BIM modelling and documentation experience
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Understanding of BIM coordination and document control processes
- Aconex experience – highly regarded
- AutoCAD experience – advantageous
- Navisworks experience – advantageous
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural and building services documentation
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a BIM Modeler
- Demonstrated experience with Electrical Building Services
- Strong knowledge of relevant Australian/New Zealand Standards
- Electrical lighting systems
- LV power reticulation
- Communications systems
- Building services coordination
- Experience within an electrical contractor or building services contractor environment is preferred, but not essential
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Building Design or equivalent qualification – favourable
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
