We are seeking an experienced, motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice. Starting in a part-time role with a genuine pathway to full-time employment, this position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, values hands-on treatment, and is passionate about solving complex musculoskeletal problems.
Our clinic has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, evidence-informed, manual therapy. We have a particular interest in the assessment and management of complex pain presentations, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, and cervical spine disorders, and are looking for someone who shares our commitment toclinical excellence and ongoing learning.
About the Role
You will:
- Assess and treat a varied musculoskeletal caseload using a strong hands-on and exercise-based approach.
- Manage complex presentations including persistent pain, TMJ disorders, headaches, and neck pain.
- Exercise a high level of clinical reasoning and autonomy in patient management.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional communication andoutcomes.
- Collaborate with our team while contributing ideas that support the continued growth of the practice.
- Mentor and support junior physiotherapists and students, helping develop theirclinical reasoning and hands-on skills.
- Maintain high clinical standards and accurate documentation.
About You
You are:
- AHPRA registered as a Physiotherapist.
- An experienced musculoskeletal clinician with excellent manual therapy skills.
- A self-starter who is proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your caseload.
- Passionate about continual professional development and evidence-informed practice.
- Interested in complex pain, TMJ, cervical spine conditions, and advancedmusculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- A supportive mentor who enjoys helping junior clinicians build confidence and clinical capability.
- Someone who values collaboration, professionalism, and delivering outstandingpatient care.
