We are a busy and growing burger restaurant in Frankston, committed to serving great food and providing friendly, fast and welcoming customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our team.
About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring the front of house operates smoothly during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Process cash and EFTPOS payments.
- Prepare and pack takeaway and dine-in orders.
- Check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
- Communicate customer requests and special orders to the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front-of-house area.
- Restock packaging, drinks and other front-of-house supplies.
- Assist the team during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
- Work positively and professionally as part of a team.
