Fishermen's Wharf Huskisson is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team as we transition from a café-style operation to a full restaurant dining experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to play a key role in shaping our new culinary direction. We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, and capable of leading a dedicated and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen leadership and day-to-day operations
- Menu development and design
- Stock control and ordering
- Staff training, management, and rostering
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
About You:
- Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Chef role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with menu planning and cost control
- Ability to work collaboratively within a positive team environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
