We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Tour Guide/Driver who is passionate about customer service and enjoys showcasing the very best of Victoria.
The Role
You'll lead guests on premium day tours to destinations including:
- Great Ocean Road
- Phillip Island
- Yarra Valley
- Melbourne City Highlights
- Mornington Peninsula
- Seasonal snow tours
As the face of our business, you'll deliver engaging commentary, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
Essential Requirements
- Current Victorian LR (Light Rigid) Driver Licence or higher (minimum requirement).
- Current Driver Accreditation/Driver Authority (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent spoken English.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Confident driving premium passenger vehicles over long distances.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Well presented, reliable, and punctual.
- Full Australian working rights.
Desirable
- Previous tour guiding, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of Melbourne and Victoria.
- Ability to confidently speak to groups.
- Additional languages are highly regarded.
- First Aid Certificate (preferred).

- Safely operate our premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Conduct full-day guided tours.
- Deliver informative and entertaining commentary.
- Assist guests with photos and recommendations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Create memorable experiences through exceptional service.
