Youth Support Worker – Transition to Work

APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking a passionate individual who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. As a Youth Support Worker at our Sutherland, NSW office, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you’ll:

Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment

Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders

Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities

Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded

Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

Eligibility to work in Australia

A current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential

Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check

Ability to pass a Working with Children Check

Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
