About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and supportive real estate team based in Northcote.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and working within a professional and well-organised environment.
The role will involve managing a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, primarily across Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs, including Eltham, Greensborough and Montmorency.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio, including:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling routine inspections, maintenance and repairs
- Managing lease renewals, arrears and tenant enquiries
- Coordinating trades and ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Managing rental increases and tenancy documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements
- Providing a high level of communication and customer service
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure the portfolio is managed efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid end-to-end Property Management experience
- Is confident managing a residential portfolio independently
- Has strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Takes ownership and pride in their portfolio
- Is professional, reliable and proactive
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable working across Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs
- Holds a valid driver's licence
