With two clinic locations and continued growth, we are seeking a Health Practice Manager to lead operations, systems, and client experience across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a traditional admin position.

About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the clinics operate efficiently, deliver a consistent and high-quality experience, and continue to improve across all areas of performance.
You will take ownership of:
- Daily operations
- Leading and supporting Client Experience and practitioner teams
- Driving consistency in service delivery and client experience
- Implementing and improving systems, processes, and workflows
- Supporting marketing initiatives and local partnerships
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day clinic operations
- Lead team performance through clear expectations, accountability, and regular feedback
- Drive key metrics including utilisation, rebooking, and client experience outcomes
- Implement systems and improve workflows across the business
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and build local referral networks
- Identify and support opportunities for growth in technology, equipment, and services
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a management role within the health or allied health industry
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and follow through
- A systems thinker who enjoys improving how things work
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- A genuine interest in contributing to a positive and high-performing team environment
- A background in health, fitness, sales, business, or a related field is highly regarded.
