About the role:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes
- Develop and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Assist with menu planning and specials
- Manage stock levels, ordering and minimise food wastage
- Work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Lead and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
