About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front-of-House Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering front-of-house supplies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front-of-House supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (if required).
Salary
Monthly Salary: AUD $5,500 - $6,500, depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable superannuation and potential performance incentives.
