What you bring:
Registered Nurse with at least 1 year post graduate Nursing experience.
Experience in Community Nursing and NDIS/MyAgedCare desirable.
Current AHPRA registration.
WCC
NDIS Clearance
Flu and Covid Vaccination (x2 plus at least proof of booking of booster vaccination)
Current Drivers license
Responsibilities and about the role:
- Full time Position: Monday to Friday; shifts 8-4.
- Caring for clients located across Metro Adelaide
- Based at Kilburn office.
- Conduct Nursing assessments on NDIS and Aged care clients.
- Liaise with Allied Health professionals and Client Service Managers regarding client care
- Wound Care
- Palliative Care
- Catheter Care
- Medication Assistance
- Report to Head of Nursing.
- Develop and design care plans based around client’s personal needs.
- Provide support and Education to clients, Home Support workers and Families.
