About Three Blue Ducks x Burradoo Park Farm
Three Blue Ducks at Burradoo Park Farm is a 600-acre working regenerative farm in the NSW Southern Highlands, home to three distinct food venues: The Bakehouse by Three Blue Ducks, The Farmhouse by Three Blue Ducks, and the Three Blue Ducks restaurant, our most elevated dining experience yet. Every one of these venues is shaped by what grows, grazes, and is harvested on-site - and every person in our team is part of that story.
We’re looking for a highly experienced Barista to join the Farmhouse team.
We’re after someone who takes real pride in their craft - someone who understands consistency, workflow and quality, and can deliver excellent coffee at pace without compromising standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Dialling in and producing consistently high-quality coffee
Managing service with speed, precision and strong workflow
Maintaining equipment, cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
Supporting the FOH team and overall guest experience
About you:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, quality-focused café
Strong technical skills across espresso, milk and workflow
Experience with specialty coffee and filter methods (batch, V60, etc.)
Confident working with high-end equipment (e.g. La Marzocco, EK43)
Calm under pressure, reliable and team-focused
Available to work weekdays and weekends
