With a secure pipeline of work and continued growth across Sydney, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of education and institutional projects valued up to $15 million.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, delivery and financial performance of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Working closely with site teams, clients and senior leadership, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through to handover.
- Leading project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors.
- Managing project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Developing and maintaining construction programmes and key milestones.
- Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards.
- Providing leadership, mentoring and support to project delivery teams.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the Sydney construction market.
- Previous experience delivering education, institutional or government projects.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Experience successfully delivering projects valued up to $15M.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor project teams.
- Relevant construction qualifications in Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
