About the Role:
As a Process Operator, you’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing lines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Option for 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts.
What you'll be doing:
- Performing pre-op checks and equipment setup to keep production running on time
- Operating and troubleshooting food processing machinery
- Working across High Care, Low Care, and Boxing Room areas
- Conducting on-line quality checks
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work different shifts
