Our client, an industry leader in welding equipment and consumables is seeking an experiened Warehouse Storeperson / Trade Counter Person to join their team located in Athol Park.

About the Role:

Providing customer service and product advice to walk-in customers
-
Handling inbound phone enquiries
-
Building rapport with customers
-
Processing sales and use of computer system
-
Picking and packing orders
-
Stock control and management
-
Completing quality checks on products
-
Forklift Operation (If licenced)
About You:
-
Previous experience working in Warehousing roles
-
Previous trades counter / counter sales or customer service experience
-
LF Ticket desired but not essential
-
Previous experience using SAP will be highly regarded

Sound computer skills
-
Good customer service skills
-
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
