The opportunity
Ecodental is seeking passionate and dedicated Dental Receptionists and Nurses to join our growing practice in Glebe, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible full-time or part-time hours to suit your availability.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Assisting the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, holding suction, and providing other support as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked treatment room
- Ensuring all equipment and sterilisation procedures adhere to strict infection control standards
- Carrying out administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing and filing
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a dental practice or other healthcare setting, preferably as a receptionist or nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using dental software and other relevant computer programs
- A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- A calm, patient and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
- A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice
