We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Operations Executive to join our growing food import and distribution team. In this pivotal role, you will handle the vital day-to-day coordination that keeps our supply chain moving—from processing import documents and forecasting stock to planning delivery routes and coordinating with the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
1. Import & Procurement Support
- Coordinate international and domestic procurement workflows, including preparing and checking import documentation and customs paperwork.
- Assist with inventory forecasting by tracking stock levels, sales trends, and generating replenishment orders.
- Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders and suppliers to track inbound shipments.
2. Delivery Planning & Dispatch
- Own the day-to-day delivery planning, ensuring customer orders are scheduled and dispatched accurately.
- Build and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency for our fleet.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our drivers, troubleshooting route issues and tracking delivery statuses in real-time.
3. Warehouse & Order Coordination
- Liaise daily with the warehouse team to ensure incoming stock has allocated space.
- Seamlessly pass customer orders to the warehouse pick-and-pack team, ensuring tight turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records by updating our central operations software.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with using and learning new technology.
- Detail-Oriented: A track record of handling documentation (like bills of lading, commercial invoices, or customs forms) with zero errors.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly between warehouse staff, drivers, and the broader office team.
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet when a delivery route goes off schedule or a shipment is delayed.
- Experience in logistics is a bonus
What you'll need:
- Full working rights in Australia and based in Sydney
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & verbal)
- A current Australian driver's license

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
