What's the job?
As a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn West Perth, you will be the key contact for our guests throughout the night, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered at every stage of their stay. Working independently, and as a part of the wider hotel team, you will confidently handle guest enquiries, late arrivals and late/early departures all whilst creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for every guest.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing the hotel's nightly audit processes, balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial and operational records are accurate. You will assist with the overnight hotel operations, monitor the safety and security of the property, and respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining our high standards of service.
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality. Rostered shifts are usually from 11pm to 7 / 7:30am, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in the success of overnight operations, while delivering the friendly and dependable service Holiday Inn is known for.
What we need from you:
For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who has:

Excellent customer relations, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.

Minimum 1-year experience working in a hotel or overnight customer service role.

Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Opera property management system is preferred.
- Professional standard of personal presentation.

The ability to work overnight shifts (usually between 11pm – 7 / 7:30am).

The successful candidate must have availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays when required.
