About Fletcher Physiotherapy
Fletcher Physiotherapy is a growing physiotherapy provider servicing Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
We provide physiotherapy across community, home, aged care and clinic settings, with a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, neurological conditions, falls prevention, mobility rehabilitation and general rehabilitation.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable, motivated and independent physiotherapist who wants to develop their career and grow with the business.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a varied caseload across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, with a high level of clinical autonomy.
Your caseload may include:
- Community and mobile physiotherapy
- Home Care Package clients
- NDIS participants
- Aged care and older adult rehabilitation
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
- Chronic pain management
- Falls prevention, balance and mobility rehabilitation
- Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
- Mobility aid and equipment assessment
- Clinic-based physiotherapy
- Liaising with GPs, care managers, support coordinators and other health professionals
- Clinical documentation, reports and recommendations
What We're Looking For
We are particularly looking for someone who is reliable, independent and takes ownership of their caseload and client care.
You will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good clinical reasoning and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and timely documentation
- Confidence working with a diverse range of clients
- Willingness to travel throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie
- A genuine interest in professional development and career progression
Experience in community physiotherapy, aged care, NDIS, rehabilitation or musculoskeletal physiotherapy is desirable; however, new graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
