About the role
The Elite Clean Team is seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our professional team in Ipswich.
This role begins with a one-week paid trial. Following successful completion, the position becomes permanent part-time with a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the role grows.
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning residential homes and offices (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising)
- Completing bond cleans to a high standard
- Maintaining strong attention to detail across all jobs
- Communicating professionally with clients and referring queries to administration
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Following all company procedures and safety standards

- Minimum 1 year experience in domestic, office, or bond cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management
- Trustworthy, presentable, and professional
- Physically capable of repetitive cleaning tasks
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday (6am–6pm)
- Australian citizen with full working rights

Requirements
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between jobs
- National Police Certificate (AFP or QPS)
- Blue Card / NDIS Screening (desirable)
- Comfortable working in private homes, NDIS environments, and commercial sites
No contractors
Pay: $29.73 per hour
