Reliability is KEY , We’re looking for an experienced female support worker (client preference) to support our client in a wheel chair with spinal cord injuries in their home. Melton South Area. Shifts Available 7 days per week.
Currently uses:
· Power wheelchair
· Hoist
· TIS commode
Training will be provided to ensure workers are familiar with the participant’s needs and the required equipment.
We require the following shifts to be filled 7 days a week:
- 9:00 am to 11:00 am – 1 worker
- 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm – 1 worker
- 7:00 pm to 7:00 am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights
What you’ll do:
- Personal & high care including manual handling.
- Assist with showering, dressing, meal prep & light house duties
- Provide companionship, social support & community access
- Consistent, ongoing shifts minimum 2 hours + Shifts vary and can be longer

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in aged care/disability (Cert III preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured car
- Confident with high care & comfortable with pets
- Reliable, honest, + initiative to help and care for people

Pay: $34.00 – $44.00 per hour
