Our Barangaroo restaurant located in the International Tower One is seeking Guest Services Agents/Hosts to join the team - Part time

Day to day responsibilities:
- Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling
Do you have?:
- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as Dimmi, Respak or Res Diary is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
