About the role
- Passionate Clinical Trial Assistant with a strong focus on person-centred care and building a career in clinical research
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or clinical trials/research environments
- Strong digital capability with confidence using MS Office, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic data capture systems
- Able to work independently and proactively while consistently adhering to policies, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage and maintain large volumes of accurate data
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or clinical research/trials administration
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes, including Ethics and Governance, data management, participant data collection, and privacy requirements
- High-level computer literacy with proven experience in MS Office, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic data capture systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management, prioritisation skills, and demonstrated ability to work to policies, procedures, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
