Admin Staff – Allied Health ClinicPart-time / casual on-call backup
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable admin staff member to help support our Allied Health Clinic.
Hours may include:
- Tuesday 9:30am-3pm
- Friday 9:30am-3pm
- Availability: Tuesdays and Fridays, with flexibility to provide additional weekday coverage as required.
Duties include:
- Greeting clients and managing bookings
- Answering calls and emails
- Processing payments and general admin tasks
- Using booking systems and clinic software
- Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer and admin experience
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reception/admin experience preferred
