NS Automation, a service company and supplier of new, used, refurbished and obsolete Industrial Automation products, based in Epping.
We are looking for a full-time dynamic person to train in all aspects of the business. Learning from the ground up you will be provided with extensive on-the-job training and development to ensure you have a well-rounded understanding of the business. Long-term plan to further your career as an Accounts Manager where you will manage your own customer base.
At NS Automation, you’ll be trained across all areas of the business and become an essential part of our day-to-day operations with a strong focus on marketing (cold calling). Your day-to-day will include:
- The role will have a strong focus on picking up new customers
- Direct contact with customers
- Co-ordinate CRM tasks and workflows within the team
- Processing orders with accuracy and care
- Entering repair jobs into the system
- Assisting with general office duties
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly and professional phone manner
- A current driver’s license (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
