Venue Manager – Frankie & George
Full-Time | Must be available one weekend day per week
About the Role
As Venue Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of a well-established and growing hospitality venue. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and create an environment where both staff and customers feel valued.
This role is about more than managing shifts — it's about building a strong culture, improving systems, driving performance, and helping shape the future of a growing business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Front of House team
- Creating a positive, energetic, and accountable workplace culture
- Overseeing daily venue operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Maintaining exceptional customer experiences and service standards
- Managing labour costs, COGs, and venue budgets
- Implementing and upholding company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Driving staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Contributing to sales growth, profitability, and venue performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Venue Manager, Café Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence managing teams, performance, and operational standards
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of hospitality financials, including labour and COGs
- Specialty coffee knowledge and experience highly regarded
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, service-focused environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
