Pick Packing Role/ Forklift Driver Carole Park Brisbane
This is a fast growing, fast-paced, physically demanding role in an ambient warehouse environment. You’ll be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling boxes ranging from 1–20kg throughout your shift. We’re ideally looking for people who can commit to approximately 5 days per week across a Monday to Friday roster. Shift times are approximately Mon - Thurs 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8am - 2.30pm. Though as a casual role there is definite prospect of transition to full time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets
· Perform consistent heavy lifting of boxes up to approx. 20kg throughout your shift
· Use RF scanning and WHM systems to process and confirm orders accurately
· Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch
· Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly
· Adhere to all WHS requirements and maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
· Safe and competent use of forklift
You’ll Bring:
· The physical fitness and capability to perform consistent heavy lifting (1-20kg) throughout your shift
· Previous warehouse pick/pack experience – 3PL or distribution centre background highly regarded
· RF scanning experience beneficial – WMS system experience ideal
· Availability to commit to approximately 5 days per week – Mon–Fri
· Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy is essential.
· Forklift licence essential
Pay: From $36.85 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 42.0 per week
Work Location: In person
