TOROBLACK is seeking a highly reliable and self-motivated individual to help oversee and grow our wholesale coffee and hospitality supply business.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, coffee, wholesale distribution, sales, account management, or business operations who is looking for a flexible role with genuine long-term growth potential.
We're looking for someone who can become a trusted operator within the business and potentially grow into a leadership position as the company expands.
The Initial Role
The position will commence on a flexible 2–3 day per week basis.
The majority of the role initially involves supporting and running the day-to-day operations of the business, including delivery runs, warehouse management, inventory control and customer service.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing scheduled delivery runs to customers across Perth
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
- Receiving and organising incoming stock
- Warehouse organisation and inventory management
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Implementing and maintaining operational procedures
- Building relationships with customers during deliveries
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and efficiency
This role requires someone who enjoys working independently and can be trusted to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
