About Just Pole Fitness & Dance
Just Pole Fitness & Dance is not your typical pole studio. We are a confidence and identity rebuilding space , disguised as as pole studio. With studios in Smithfield and Hurstville, we help women feel strong, confident, and connected through movement in a community where everyone belongs, no matter their shape, size, or experience level.
About the Role
This is not your typical sales role.
You won't be cold calling strangers or pushing products. At JPF, our sales process is built around genuine human connection, helping women feel safe enough to take the first step, and then supporting them every step of the way after they do.
You'll be working across phone, SMS, and social media DMs to convert warm leads into members, and then nurturing those members through their first 28 days and into long-term retention. This role sits at the heart of the business, your results directly determine how many women walk through our studio doors.
Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. Fully remote. Set weekly hours to be confirmed with successful candidate.
What You'll Do
Lead Conversion
- Contact all new leads within a timely manner
- Manage DM conversations across Instagram and SMS using our proven methodology for converting leads through genuine conversation, not scripts
- Conduct warm phone calls with leads from website forms, paid ads, and social media campaigns
- Guide prospects from first contact through to offer presentation and membership sign-up
Member Success & Retention
- Nurture members through their Confident You Reset journey with personalised check-ins
- Conduct midpoint check-ins at Day 14 to ensure members feel confident, comfortable, and consistent
- Support the transition from The Confident You Reset into ongoing memberships
- Follow up trial attendees within 24 hours to convert into full members
CRM & Reporting
- Log every lead interaction in the CRM the same day: if it's not logged, it didn't happen
- Maintain the lead pipeline with correct card placement and up-to-date notes
- Send a weekly performance report every Friday
- Complete weekly sales role play training every Monday and send results to the studio owner
- Attend start-of-week and end-of-week team check-in calls
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous phone or DM-based sales experience with a proven track record of converting leads isa must
- Confident communicator who can build genuine rapport quickly over phone, text, and social media
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations without feeling pushy or scripted
- Highly organised and reliable you follow systems, log everything, and never let leads slip
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously from home
- Understands the importance of hitting targets in a small business your results matter here
Bonus:
- Experience in fitness, wellness, dance, or a service-based industry
- Experience using CRM systems (we use Wix and Groovio)
- Understanding of feminine, community-led brands
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, or retention roles
