Streamline Innovations' is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Site Foreman, Tradesman, and Labourers to lead and execute on our construction projects in beautiful Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our landscape construction projects and some of the areas prize homes landscapes.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and build all on-site construction elements, utilising a team of landscape tradesman & labourers
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, and manage supplier relationships
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, and mentor junior staff as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from planning to completion
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and the construction team
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
- Thorough understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, and equipment to build landscaping elements
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
