We are seeking a reliable and skilled Barista All-Rounder to join our fast-paced coffee van team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold coffees, smoothies and toasties while maintaining a strong focus on efficient service and exceptional customer experience. Duties include general cleaning, dishwashing and ensuring the workspace remains organised throughout service. We operate opposite a busy dog park, applicants who enjoy engaging with both customers and their pets will thrive in this environment. This is a takeaway-only operation with no table service, requiring the ability to work confidently under pressure, manage multiple tasks and uphold consistent product quality. We are a small, close-knit team that values a positive workplace, strong relationships and having fun while we work, we’re excited to welcome a new team member who will become part of our Ellidy family.
