Are you an experienced and reliable operator looking to join a professional team in the earthmoving industry? We are currently seeking a skilled Tractor & Laser Bucket Operator to assist with a variety of earthmoving and land preparation projects.
About the Role: As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for operating tractors fitted with laser buckets to achieve precision land leveling and site preparation. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tractor and laser bucket equipment for earthmoving and land leveling
Read and interpret plans, laser levels, and site specifications
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
Requirements:
Proven experience operating tractors and laser buckets in the earthmoving or agricultural sector
Current driver’s licence (HR licence desirable)
Strong understanding of GPS or laser-controlled systems
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
