Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Customer Service Representative.
You will be responsible for supporting our sales team and delivering high-quality service to our customers. Daily responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers with orders, product information, and general support
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Learning our product range and developing knowledge of key IT brands
- Supporting sales representatives with administrative and customer-related tasks
- Outbound Phone Calls to existing and new customers.
This role provides an excellent pathway into sales, account management, or senior customer service roles within the business.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who is:
- No experience required — full training provided
- Available for an immediate start
Professional, friendly, and eager to learn
- A strong communicator with good phone manner
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous customer service experience (retail or office-based)
- Knowledge of IT or office supplies
- Experience with CRM systems
- An interest in building a long-term career in sales or customer service
