About the opportunity
We are a brand new Float & Wellness Centre in Kirrawee and have a current opportunity for a Float Therapist available. This roles suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
Float Attendant
The primary purpose of this role is to assist and promote the overall operational performance of the float centre. This role is an essential supportive role to the Centre Manager ensuring the correct procedural application of operational activities. The Float Attendant is also responsible for ensuring their direct reports are in compliance with City Cave Policies and Procedures through leading by example and escalating issues as they arise. As a client centric organisation, it is important that the incumbent is a brand ambassador for City Cave, such that all services are delivered according to the mission statement and in a manner that exceeds the customer/client expectation. Your responsibilities as a Float Attendant include and are not limited to:
- Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity Complete marketing for the centre as requested by.
- Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
- Folding and restocking towels.
- Health Fund Receipting.
- Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
- Centre Mindfulness Facilitator.
- Assist with Social Media Content.
- New Staff Inductions to centre.
- Assisting in Human Resource Management tasks.
- On-Site Training and Brand Compliance.
