Since opening, this brand has since become an institution to the locals and city residents travelling out to buy their bread and pastries, famous for their sourdough and delicious danishes and now collaborating with fine dining restaurants and local breweries as well as stocking their products in the local stores.
The Owners are very progressive and expect like minded leaders in the business so to be successful in this role you will be required run a high performing cafe including a team of 6 .
We're very keen to connect with all Hospitality Managers who have experience in cafes and restaurants.

The candidate
- Previous hospitality management experience is essential, fast food, casual or premium dining managers are encouraged to apply.
- Team focused - as a leader and team player you know you are only as good as your team and you have increible ways to get the best out of people
- Customer centric - you have a knack for creating memorable experience, whilst getting the best outcome for the business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hawthorn VIC 3122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Cafe Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
