Full time position with salary plus superannuation
Position skills required as below
*knowledge of Asian food
*knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine in particular
*a minimum of 2 years experience with Asian wok cooking
*a minimum of 2 years experience as chef de partie or above
*cert 3 and 4 in cookery
*knowledge of stock takes
*assisting head chef to create new dishes
*staff training
