Wyer & Co. is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Foreperson to join our Construction Division and lead the delivery of high-end residential landscape projects.
This role is ideal for a skilled landscaper with strong leadership capability who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship. You will oversee onsite construction works, manage a team of landscapers, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards expected of Wyer & Co.

Our team of architects, designers, horticulturalists and construction specialists collaborate with clients to create, construct and maintain exceptional landscapes for exceptional homes.
About the Role
As a Landscape Site Foreperson, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities across landscape construction projects. Working closely with the Construction Manager, Site Supervisor and operations team, you will lead your crew to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being onsite and actively involved in delivering outstanding landscape outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate landscape construction teams onsite
- Deliver projects in accordance with plans, specifications and company standards
- Manage daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers onsite
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure projects remain on programme and within budget
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent Wyer & Co. onsite
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries using BuilderTrend
- Track project labour hours and site activities using BuilderTrend software
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
- Ensure tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained and stored appropriately
About You
You are an experienced landscaper with strong leadership capability who enjoys managing teams and delivering high-quality projects.
You will bring:
- Experience leading teams in landscape construction projects
- Strong knowledge of both structural and horticultural landscaping
- The ability to manage projects and teams with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism onsite
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
Requirements
- Current White Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in residential landscape construction
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors
