About the role:
Lead the execution of RACGP’s social media strategy, content and campaigns, delivering engaging content and insights and maintaining key platforms and tools. Reports to Head of Member & External Communications and partners with key stakeholders across the College ensuring social media activity keeps members informed and enhances the reputation and the integrity of RACGP’s brand.
This is a permanent, part time position (0.4 FTE), working 15.2 hours per week until July 2027. The role will require occasional on-call and out-of-hours work, with additional compensation provided for these occurrences.
As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll also:
Lead the execution of social strategy, campaigns and content delivery
Plan and manage annual content calendar
Create, schedule and optimise social content
Analyse performance and report actionable insights
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience delivering social media strategy
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Data-driven with strong analytical capability.
