Quality Progressive Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred support for Aged People and/or with disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible at home and in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, personal care, transport, and participation in social and recreational activities.

Salary: $36 – $40 an hour

Licence/Certification:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability (required)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
Requirements:
- Can speak Hakka Chinese (a must)
- Relevant experience in aged care, disability support and person-centred care
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work as part of a team
