As our Service Desk Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our trade customers. You’ll manage enquiries, coordinate workflows, and ensure our service desk operates efficiently.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity with real potential for career growth.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and trade enquiries
- Coordinating service desk activities and supporting site operations
- Working across POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Collaborating with the wider team while also working independently when required
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and communication
- Strong trade knowledge or trade background (highly regarded)
- Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
