NDIS Support Worker – Sleepover & Active Support (Seabrook Area)

We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and confident Disability Support Workers to join the team supporting a high-needs participant in the Seabrook area.
Shift Details
- Sleepover shifts: 8:00 pm – 10:00 am
- Days required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Type of support: Sleepover support
About the Role
This is a complex and high-responsibility support role requiring consistency, strong communication, and the ability to follow structured care plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Seizure monitoring and response support
- Working within a 2:1 staffing model when required
- Overnight sleepover support
- Personal care and daily living support
- Behavioural support in line with care and risk management plans
- Maintaining a safe and supportive home environment at all times
Documentation Requirements
Applicants must be confident and competent in:
- Writing clear, detailed, and accurate shift notes
- Completing incident reports and all required NDIS documentation
- Following structured care plans and reporting procedures
- Using digital or written systems correctly and consistently
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience with epilepsy/seizure support (essential)
- Experience in complex/high-needs disability support
- Confidence working in a 2:1 support environment
- Strong written communication and documentation skills (essential)
- Calm, reliable, and able to respond appropriately in high-pressure situations

- Professional in communication and documentation
