What You’ll Do?
- Administer medications and clinical treatments
- Monitor residents’ health and update care plans
- Respond to medical changes and emergencies
- Supervise care staff and support teams
- Coordinate with doctors, families, and allied health professionals
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
- Support residents with dementia, chronic illness, and palliative care needs
- Ensure compliance with infection control and aged care standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) registration
- Experience in aged care or clinical nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Knowledge of dementia and palliative care practices
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
