Assembly Specialists
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Specialists with Mechanical aptitude to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong mechanical assembly skills and a passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Based in Cavan this is an ongoing casual role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, maintain, and service mechanical equipment, including sprayers, plumbing systems, and components.
- Review designs to maximise efficiency in both components and labour costs.
- Provide support to the Production team with assembly as required.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in assembling and maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Desirable
- A current Forklift Licence.
