We're seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team and help deliver an exceptional employee technology experience. This is an opportunity for an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving user experiences, and driving the adoption of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and AI powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver senior level support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology services.
- Resolve complex incidents and service requests across Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and end-user applications.
- Support and guide users across Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, helping teams collaborate more effectively.
- Provide support and adoption guidance for AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Identify technology improvement opportunities and contribute to a better employee technology experience.
- Partner with infrastructure, cyber security and vendor teams to diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge management and service excellence initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will have 6+ years’ experience in end-user technology support, including service desk, desktop support or digital workplace environments with demonstrated experience resolving complex technical issues across multiple domains and exposure to service delivery and management tools and practices, including Agile, ITIL, ITSM, and SLAs.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Copilot and AI related tools, as well as exposure to cloud computing platforms such as Azure is essential. The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, as well as experience developing process and procedural documentation will be needed.
