About the role
We are seeking a talented Trade Mark Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join our well respected and successful IP / TMT practice in our Sydney office.
In this role you will work closely with Elizabeht Ireland, providing strategic advice on trade marks, copyright, designs, domain names and business names, and supports clients across advisory, contentious, transactional and regulatory matters. You will be engaged in interesting and high quality work advising our clients on information technology, outsourcing, procurement and general commercial matters. Other streams of work include intellectual property, privacy, cyber and data resilience matters. You will be joining a diverse, friendly and collegiate team with a proven track record for advancing career progression.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience in the Trade Mark space, ideally gained within a specialised IP / TMT practice. You will need strong commercial acumen, exceptional drafting skills, and an eye for detail. You will invest time and effort in understanding the clients’ issues and take responsibility for ensuring their needs are consistently met.
