CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES IN PORT AUGUSTA
We are currently seeking to appoint multiple customer service representatives to join our new store in Port Augusta. As there will be 3 different stores on site (Subway, Carl’s Jr and AMPM Service Station), there are a variety of casual roles available as well as part-time and full-time roles.
The Roles:
Each role will have you reporting to either the store manager or shift supervisor and you will be responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction each time through established principles, proper procedures, and sound business judgement.
Positions Available
- Customer Service Staff
- Food Preparation Crew
- Driveway attendants
- Site Managers & Assistant Managers (experience preferred)
Some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Customer Service
- Cash handling
- Food preparation and safe food handling
- Stock control
- Barista work (depending on site)
- Lotteries (petrol station only)
These positions will require availability across days, afternoons, and nights (depending on our store’s needs). Due to the nature of the industry, you may be expected to work public holidays as well.
About You:
Ideally you will have a confident, friendly, and attentive personality that enjoys customer interaction. You will possess effective communication skills and are able to read and write in English with basic mathematical skills. Having an ability to work on your feet for long periods and demonstrating self-motivation while working alone will serve you well in this role.
All successful applicants will be required to provide a current National Police Certificate.
