CHIROPRACTIC RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED:
Avalon Beach Chiropractic & Wellness are expanding the team and require another fantastic receptionist. We are looking for a kind, energetic and outgoing team member who will make our patients feel welcome and motivate them to improve their health at the same time.
Your role will involve answering calls and making bookings for new and existing patients, taking payments and inputting payments and bookings into our cloud based system, assisting in tracking patient data including the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Due to our office being a family wellness practice, you will be required to entertain children on occasion (including babies) while their parents are being treated, as well as promptly assisting patients escorting them to their designated treatment rooms.
This position is for a Thursday split shift initially (approximately 8:45am - 12:45pm and 2:45pm - 6:30pm). There is opportunity in the near future to work additional shifts during the week and holiday cover in October.
Pay:
Saturdays: $47.20
Weekdays: $33.71
