BTS Health Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary clinic offering Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Remedial Massage, Acupuncture, Podiatry and Skin Therapy services.
We are seeking a passionate and professional Pilates Instructor to join our team and help clients improve movement, strength, posture and overall wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an instructor who enjoys working in a healthcare-focused environment and collaborating with allied health professionals.
About the Role
You will deliver Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and work alongside Physiotherapists and other practitioners to support client outcomes.
This role is suitable for instructors who are passionate about movement, rehabilitation, injury prevention and long-term client success.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Pilates sessions
- Conduct individual and small group sessions
- Assist clients in improving posture, mobility and strength
- Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists and other practitioners
- Maintain professional client records and communication
- Promote a positive and supportive client experience
Requirements
✔ Pilates Instructor qualification
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Professional and client-focused attitude
✔ Passion for health, movement and rehabilitation
✔ ABN (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Professional insurance (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical Pilates training
- Reformers Pilates experience
- Experience working with rehabilitation clients
- Allied health background (advantageous but not essential)
