We are a growing Sydney-based eCommerce business specialising in computer hardware, networking products, gaming equipment, and IT accessories. Our product range includes laptops, desktops, PC components, networking equipment, storage devices, peripherals, cables, and other technology products sold through our online store and leading online marketplaces.
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Assistant to join our team in Silverwater and support our day-to-day online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily customer orders
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online marketplaces
- Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
- Assist with product content optimisation and data maintenance
- Support daily marketplace operations and order management
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Monitor stock availability and assist with inventory updates
- Help identify opportunities to improve online sales and operational efficiency
- General administrative and operational support for the eCommerce team
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy and internet skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred (But Not Essential)
Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Woolworths MarketPlus, Kogan, or other online marketplaces
- Computer hardware, IT products, or technology retail
- Customer service, online sales, digital marketing, or eCommerce
